What are the Oval Fields and how are they different to the Chakras?



The Oval fields are the areas or physical structures in which energy operates.

The Chakras are points or energy centres which are found at the intersection of the energy lines corresponding with the snakes of the Caduceus.

The oval fields are contained within these energy areas.

Chakras can be defined as sensory whilst Oval fields affect motor responses.

Chakras disperse incoming energy through the body and as part of the stepping down process, moves next into the areas described as the Oval fields.
Each of these fields has different qualities of energy - the Ether field being the finer and the Earth field being the more gross or dense.

The Oval fields also correspond to the five physical body cavities:

• The first Oval field, Fire is found in the head and it governs control, direction and intelligence.
• The second Oval field, Ether is found in the neck and throat. This is the area that governs speech and expression.
• The third Oval field, Air is found in the chest. It affects the heart and the expression of life energy of the lungs. It also governs gaseous functions.
• The fourth Oval field, Earth is found in the abdominal area and relates to the nourishment and sustenance of the body.
• The fifth Oval field, Water is found in the pelvis. Water energy is seeking the lowest point and it governs elimination.

Oval fields take form through the body's connective tissue and are mirrored throughout the body.When an area on any part of the body has a physical imbalance this will be mirrored as an energetic imbalance in the corresponding Oval field.

An Oval field treatment consists of moving blocked energy within that field, as sore points will reverberate throughout the body at all corresponding levels.
Once an imbalance has been identified in another part of the body, then the energy can be stepped up and worked on within that Oval field to release the blockage. Treatment consists of locating the right thumb in the centre of an Oval field and energy is directed to the left thumb which may be in any other part of the Oval field.
The pressure may vary according to the area and the nature of the energetic or physical block.
In releasing energetic blocks with the Oval field then the energy is able to flow freely and in all available forms.
