The step down of Energy.

The step down of energy is the path that energy takes from the divine and the way in which it moves through the human body.
Energy either flows freely in a determined pattern or is blocked.
Dr Stone studied both the Ayurvedic and Taoist traditions and he believed that the energy from a source or life force flows like this:
As the energy moves down from the upper to the lower realms, it moves and pulsates, expanding inward and outward. This mirrors the law of physics that for every action there is a reaction. When the energy disperses downward it slows as it reaches each new level.
Each level has its own polarity, positive, negative and neutral.
The neutral centre acts as an electrical transformer, subtly changing the level of the energy charge and lowering the vibration at each step.
