The Earth Chakra can be found on the junction of the coccyx - sacrum area
The Water Chakra is found at the junction of L5 and the sacrum
The Fire Chakra is found at L2- L3
The Air Chakra is found at T3- T8.

Balancing these chakras is done by placing the right hand over the area on the back, with the fingers pointing toward the head and turning the hand in a semi-circular manner, so that it is at right angles to the spinal column. One chakra is turned at a time, moving up the spine until all the centers have been treated.
