This site is dedicated to providing information about the following complementary therapies and Holistic Education.

• Clinical Hypnotherapy using the power of the subconscious mind to effect change. If you can "zone out" watching TV, then you will benefit from a hypnosis session.
  

• Polarity Therapy - an effective, hands on therapy. A form of massage therapy with no disrobing required. Exercise and diet are also considered.
  

• Homeopathy - based on the theory that 'like cures like'. Homeopathic remedies are prescribed after an extensive case taking to arrive at an individual prescription based on your symptoms.
